    Default Lost Installation Disc's

    Is there any way to download an installation thing of the internet?
    or like get it from some where else?

    Basically we've lost our printer installation disc, an recently rebooted out computer so cant exactly use it without the disc

    Dads going mad because we never told him before we rebooted it (oops) and he wanted to print important stuff out

    I went on the site of our Printer. Lexmark. they got this Driver download thing. and Firmware. but dont have a clue what they are?

    can any one help me? or do we need a new printer?....

    NO you dont need a new printer lol.

    Whats the name of your Printer?

    Like the model number?

    Should be something short like Lexmark 360 Series or summat like that...

    yes you need a new printer!

    i work for pc world and we have a great range or printers for you to choose from...

    Yep.

    Lexmark UK

    Go to that link and enter in the model number "x3580" into the "Search by Model" space...then you'll see your model...if I'm right I think its on page 5 or 6.

    so If I downloaded the driver thingy of the site. then that would work?
    I thought u needed a software disc tho? what does a driver do?

    Yep, the CD that you guys lost HAD the printer drivers on it....just download it from there and you'll be fine..
