yes I started weigh training when I was about 9 stones LOL...didnt like it one bit. but I've always had a good structure, body frame. My upper body werent great back then, legs wer my best assets...I had thunder thighs hahah..... The biggest ive got to is 18.5 stones. But ive shredded down to 15. now back up to 16.5stones
