    I've been doing weight training since 15/16 so about 10 years.

    prior to that I have been doing mixed martial arts since 10/11 till present.

    It all comes down to eating mate. EAT EAT EAT. Im always eating...I'm about to have a protein shake now, since Ive just worked my chest out 20 odd mins ago....had some glucose to recoup energy and not use whey as the course, alsp spiked the insulin levels, now gonna slap some whey down with glutamine.

    damn.. a long time.. i started around the same age did well till uni.. then everything screwed up
    and man i wish i never stopped Martial arts.. i used to love it but barely get enough time these days for anything, which one(s) did you do?

    ahh, bro i know that.. i jsut have a shitty appetite, i think i'm going to have to start keeping the food infront of me at all times just so i snack inbetween meals and shakes
    my biggest problem has always been diet.

    haha i got chest in about 3 hours time cant wait

    hehe with chest the key is get in the gym and get out, quick blast that's all!

    good idea with food. I always prepare my food early in the morning and put them away on the worktop or fridge. The shakes I make as I go style. Best way just have food in front of u..I always have a bag of nuts/almonds etc with me between meals, when im watching tv etc. to get my healthy fats in.
