Memphis.
Vegetable lasagne is the easiest thing to make.
Why would you want ready made?
Sainsbury's.
They have two types.
One in their normal range, and one in their Basics range.
The normal one is 400g.
Ingredients are as follows:
Vegetable & Tomato Sauce (55% ); Cheese Sauce (27% ); Cooked Egg Pasta (16% ); Mozzarella Cheese (from Cows' Milk) (2% ).Vegetable & Tomato Sauce contains: Tomato (33% ), Onion (11% ), Water, Red Pepper (9% ), Green Pepper (9% ), Courgette (8% ) , Mushroom (6% ), Aubergine (5% ), Tomato Purée, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Cornflour, Demerara Sugar, Salt, Basil, Parsley, Black Pepper.Cheese Sauce contains: Water, Cows' Milk, Double Cream (from Cows' Milk), Mature Cheddar Cheese (from Cows' Milk) (12% ), Cornflour, Wheat Flour, Butter (from Cows' Milk), Salt, Nutmeg, Bay, White Pepper.Cooked Egg Pasta contains: Durum Wheat Semolina, Water, Egg (6% ).
Now, apart from the Cow's milk, I can't see anything slightly beefy.
I still don't see why you don't make your own lasagna.
