    Heyy priti! (:

Pestile? What what?! I didn't figure it was an acronym till after lol.

    Environmental Factors:
    - Air pollution? (more transport needed)
    - Littering? (neglecting the proper disposal methods)
    - Overcrowding? (minimal, but could cause disorder)
    - More chance of breeding some sort of disease in places where foreigners reside? (minimal).
    - Population Growth? (some people may end up wanting to stay in England after visiting)?

    Legal Factors:
    - Health & Safety laws in Stadiums? Structure of Stands? Layouts of seats in case of fire/emergency and quick evacuation.

    International:
    - Relationships between developing and developed nations would be in the public eye for more time than usual.

    Socio-Cultural:
    - Transfer of knowledge of different beliefs and cultural practices from all over the world.
    - People in the know about societies outside of the UK
    - General Knowledge of people MAY rise (lol).
    - After discussion, people may be more tolerant and understanding of peoples views.

    Economical:
    - Tourism boosted as people want to see more of England.
    - GDP is more likely to increase.
    - Balance of Payments could go from a deficit to a surplus depending on people's spending habits. (that is, in Current account, not Capital account).
    - Valuable source of foreign currency?
    - Talk about externalities, wether its WORTH the hassle/spending/time bringing the cup here. Will the positive externalities outweigh the negative? You could sketch the famous graph with Marginal Private Costs and Marginal Private Benefits etc.?

    Politcal Factors:
    - Government Spending would have to increase to cater for the masses of people coming.
    - Legal restrictions/prohibitions/policies regarding certain parts of the law and campaigns to promot it would need to go in effect.
    - Sport promotes healthy ties between nations.

England has a bad reputation for hooliganism though it has died down quite a bit over the years. However it does pop up now and then at world cups and big matches so it still lingers. I think if England hosted and they were able to deliver it well with minor problems it'd help wipe out that image.
