Sneezing everyday

Hey guys I've been sneezing everyday for the past 9 days or so. I'm talking like a few sneezes in a row at least 8 times a day and I think i know why this is happening. Basically i lift weights in my hot garage for like 35mins and this causes me to get wet with sweat. Then i go cycling and the wind hits me for a minute, it feels a bit chilly, till i dry off (mind you this is in the hot weather). Is there anything i can do to stop this incessant sneezing without giving up bike riding whilst in a sweaty state after i lift weights?

Sounds like Hayfever. Hayfever usually begins in the early teens and peaks when you're in your twenties.

You can try getting those anti hayfever tablets from the local pharmacy or wear a surgical or some type of mask while bike riding.

go to the doc and ask for allergy tests, I used to sneeze every morning at school thinking I had a cold, all them frikkin years! and a couple of years ago I got an allergy attack whilst I was ill and the doc told me to get a test done, they just put a tiny bit of each allergy liquid on your arm and see what your skin reacts to and they found I was allergic to dust mite, the bad thing is the buggers are everywhere!

but you said you train and then go on your bike or whatever, well that could be down to you being hot and sweaty and then going out into and cooling your body with wind, usually leads to sneezing (in my experience anyway). could be hayfever as well though, so take an anti allergy pill everyday for a week and see if that makes a diff.

Nothing seems to bad it could be some allergic reaction too but defiantly not some thing to ignore or forget about. Just do a bit home and figure out how exactly it started. Most of peoples are allergic to plants seeds and specially in summer and spring when they just fly around peoples get allergic problem. Batter to visit a dr.
