Moina is a talking/singing bird (like parrot) and paki design all the bird... If the person calling you moina paki... You can be sure there is nothing bad... Maybe he find you talk a lot that's all... And if the person listening to you it is because it like to do it...

fakki = bird

moina fakki = lovely bird

just something people call kids or loved ones, a bit like when people call girls butterfly or princess.
