Yes. We are not rappers, we don't get paid or demand anyone pays us to write anything. We do this purely for fun. We're not asking you to read it, pay any mind or have an opinion on it. If you do that, then that is your perogative.
What we do is a mental and creative exercise, we do it for entertainment and using our smarts to do something that some people can appreciate. If you can't see that then maybe you should keep your stinking opinions to yourself, because. Nobody asked you. Oh wait! if your answer to that is 'well I felt like saying it', well Einstein, maybe we felt like writing a rap.
And if you knew anything about hip hop, you'd know hip hop comes from within, it comes from life and we alive and living so we all are qualified to write a rap. Just because Jay-Z can rap better than us, don't mean we're not allowed to write a rap. LOL.
And unless you gonna better us with your raps and smarts.

now why u gotta take it personally? i was just saying it's how it is. I've looked at the art of rapping so without being condesending i was giving some constructive criticism.
Now using football as metaphor, someone who who has never seen anyone kick a football before will be amazed at someone being able to do something basic like kick a ball 30 yards with abit of power. Now someone who understands the semantics of football will understand thats a very basic thing to do compared to something which requires a high level of technical ability such as dribbling past 5 players the ways Messi does or hitting an accurate 50 yard pass straight to the man Beckham does.
as for hip hop the problem is every next dickhead thinks he can rap. almost everybody knows someone who raps, a second cousin, your brothers friend, somebody, there is too much quantity but very little quality simply becos people who rap, well they don't take time to study the art of rapping, technical skills like assonance, alliteration, multiple rhyming, internal rhyming, metaphors and similies, they are not studied, practised and picked up.
It's like someone becoming doctor from the little medical knowledge they have picked up in there life just by visitng there GP. However anyone can rap something unlike becoming a doctor which u need to get qualified, u dont need a licence. 95 percent of rap is shit becos u dont need to become a qualifition in rap and study the technicalities vigourously to rap a verse. IF you look at someone like Eminem he spent years and years studying and practising his art to become the talent he is.
All im saying is everyone nex man just does the basics and they think they the shit, and then there mates, like with the football example, cos they dont understand the semantics of hip hop, will tell them they are great, then u end up with a deluded fucker.

all im saying is that if your seriously considering being a rapper, then you have to have a thick skin. I mite sound like a know it all but your lyrics and content only improve when you take on board constructive critism from people who know the art form of rapping, same as every art form.

Was just a random thing that EG started off and it all came together when everyone started coming out with lyrics. It's all about the unity/unison. And the effort, no matter how "poor" any of the lyrics were (if any).

This built up for ages and evil decided to save it, coz now looking at it this way, it kinda slick contributed by everyone in AP. Its like an art. We are not becoming rappers, this aint no pop idol try outs. Chill.
