2012. NOT THE MOVIE.

i dont know why people are making such a big deal about 2012, the world coming to an end and all this nonsense. i was a nerd kid n read egyptian, greek, and mayan stories primarily, and i knew this date for awhile so lemme render your knowledge a lil aid!

"“After Thirteen Heavens of Decreasing Choice, and Nine Hells of Increasing Doom, the Tree of Life shall blossom with a fruit never before known in the creation, and that fruit shall be the New Spirit of Men.”

it is a mayan prophecy. the reason it scares people is because the mayans were involved heavilu in astronomy, and though they had no special tools like we have now, they were so so so accurate that the total recordings of how off they were in timing totaled a lil over 30 seconds. the 9 and 13 its talkin about above is 52 yrs long each. supposedly, after that time, which was about august 17, 1987, the god of death would "uncover his face and reveal the god of peace". the accuracy also has to do with the fact that mayans also had 365 day calendars. the mayan calendar ends on December 23rd, 2012, the end of the Fifth Age that we are presently in. some say its a few days off but translation ahs suggested this being solidly the 23rd.our age is under Nahui-Olin (Sun of Earthquake). there are 22 mayan calendars though...for different purposes. the other previous ages were told to end by fire, earthquakes, animals devouring others, flood, etc.

it does not state a world will be under seige or destruction. its supposed to be the coming of the new age, a new beginning, everything will change, and humanity is supposed to realize their spiritual destinies. but its supposedly only an opportunity - so id we do not realize our own conduct, we will be on the way to destruction as we enter the Sixth Age.

anyway that was very brief - the prophecies themselves are quite detailed and long and i cant be assed. i think the fundamentals of this concept is something we wont catch. the prophecies for alignment, or harmony, if we find our spiritual destinies is supposed to be great, like an "upgraded" DNA, possibility of telepathic abilities, we will go beyond the boundaries of time and money, galactic synchronization, etc etc.. but also can be catastrophic if that doesnt happen...as it says there are no Predictions like the other ages have because the Sixth Age is up to all of humanity.

I don't know what to make of it, because at the end of the day we follow what we believe and not everyone has the same view. Just because a calendar ends doesn't mean the world will, but I'm certainly one to get into these things used to be into all that nostradamus malarky as a kid.

me too, except i never believed a thing nostradamus said. only queer thing was the whole pope prediction line... more of an ancient prophecy lurker haha. the fact that the mayans were so accurate with earth movements is something to think about tho

yeah there are some 'coincidences' that make you think and I am one to believe something first..... the earth is going through a cycle that it has gone through before, the climate change etc. everything has happened before in the same way it's happening now

ive done research on it for a project at school. its a common flu. the flu we know is also an H1N1 type A virus. although the impact is more strained probably because most people have not been exposed - death is not a certainty, just as you could die from the common flu. these flus have already happened before (spanish flu for example is the exact same flu) but with variations, since viruses do mutate to their envrironment. we keep ourselves so clean n vaccines all the time that our immune system doesnt need to do much, and in a sense, becomes deactivated. thats why i dont believe in getting flu shots, and ive been fine, as has every single person i know. every time a change happens in human lifestyle, the viruses will mutate, like it did for the spanish flu when the "civilized age" came around. im jus saying. it still kills ppl so am i still pwned?

That's what I meant... 'Swine Flu' is bull, I'm no way taking the H1N1 vaccine.
It's a danger in the sense that they are controlling us with fear. (is what I meant by my earlier post, I was jsut too lazy to elaborate, sorry)

yeh i would seriously recommend that you dont take the vaccine, neither the normal flu vaccine either. people with multiple meds in their bodies are prone to diseases and especially cancers
