    Default Tuna Burgers.

    nice and tastey:

    450 Grams of Tuna
    40 Grams of chopped onion
    1 large carrott (shredded)
    2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
    4 egg whites
    20 grams of chopped chives
    40 grams of bread crumbs
    Spices to taste

    Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Split ingredients into four patties.

    Grill patties on both side until brown.

    Protein: 35 grams per burger
    Carbs: 15 grams per burger
    Fat: 1.2 grams per burger
    Total of around 200 calories per burger pattie

    yea I dont see the problem with it. Try them their tastey....if u wanna add anything else in it u can, any spices etc..

    Hmm 200 calories... well thats not alot ( i think ) if i made it a day before and take it for lunch at college... i don't even know how many calories i consume.

    na it isn't much. the good thing is that it is high in protein.

    next time your unsure abour calories in any food. Calorie Counter Database - Free Online Diet Program and it will show u the untrition information. ( theres tons of similar sites to this).

    im adding it up now... how many calories does a single roti roughly have? lol

    obviousily depending on size, flour etc. I would imagine it would be no more than 70 kcals.
