Liked Blood Diamond? Then i think you will like this, 'Blood and Oil', however its nothing like the real film even then its still a good watch.

The husband of a woman from the UK who moves out to Nigeria to earn enough money as a Telecommunications engineer to buy their first home in the UK turns into a tragedy with the government being corrupt. This caused a rise in an Anti-Government movement such as the 'Mend' - militant groups wanting a share of the oil money which is being stolen from their land.

I saw a different light about Nigerians after watching this film. Kemi Tobodo was one of those people in the film who made me think otherwise, never thought Nigerians could be so nice and thoughtful, - very inspirational he was.

This is a very good film, got me emotional in some places! lol I also very much like the role Naomie Harris plays. She's very level headed, i like her!
