Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory
...No not the new one with Johnny Depp, I'm talking about the 1971 American Musical Remake; starring Gene Wilder!
Anyone seen it? I remember watching this film as a kid on TV and it had me DROOLING for chocolate/sweets.

Should be easy to find the others.
I prefer this film much better than the Johnny Depp one. The actors, the oompa loompas, the music, jus the whole feel of it was much more enjoyable. Felt like a fairytale. Children's films are just not the same now.
I remember wishing it were a real place and thought all chocolate factories are magical. If I was any of the kids I would be Augustus Gloop loool. Zero you're defo Charlie!!

course i remember this legendary film! Watched it as a kid too, used to come on tv quite a lot. Hvanet even seen the new one. All i remember was when the kid gets lost in the factory and ends up in the chocolate stream? lol
It kinda reminds me of Mary Poppins; the musical and that sort of Jazz.
The Oompa-Loompa song's have quite a few life lessons in them; especially the one with that spoilt girl; Veruca Salt.

LOLLLL love that movie.. And I especially love the fact that Wonka was a complete psycho. Remember that boat ride? I doubt they would ever put it in a kids movie now, coz that shit is straight scary... I remember as a kid, I used to get a lil scared lol..
