If their is any team that can beat Austraila in this competition it's England!

I ain't really posted in this thread, coz I haven't really felt compelled to do it...

But today, man... Pakistan made 191 when the first 2 overs yielded just 2 runs. Awesome score against Aus, and it should be a winning total again any team really. Your bowlers just need to go through the motions and the opposition should buckle under the 9.5 odd run rate. Pakistani bowlers by history are generally quite good too, so they should be equipped to do that, lol, you'd think.

Unless of course you got a mahhfuckin Michael Hussey LOL. Oh man. 60 runs in 24 balls. You know, when someone pulls mental strength, focus and sheer skill out the bag, nobody - no, no true cricket supporter/spectator can say anything. He wanted it, he dared, he was brave enough, had the skill to rip that win out of Pakistans hands.

And being a Pakistani, there's no shame in losing to an innings like that. It was hard fought, and Pakistan should have finished the game earlier... But 60 of 24, still has to be done, still has to be hit off the bat in a major world tournament.

All I wanted was a contest, to Pakistan to put up a fight for once, and they did, they went for the win. 191 is a good score from the impotent Pakistani batting line up trust me... Afridi as the captain with both bat and ball failed, Razzaq also failed with bat and ball too. Akmals did well, Butt has done well all tournament consistently. Aamer is 18, he did well. So, you know at the end of the day, its orite....

Hussey played probably the best innings in 20/20 history. Honestly, and in the grand scheme of things, was the his best innings of his career. Especially if Aus go on to win it. So, I'm not gonna dwell on the loss...

LOL. Reading this thread for the first time today one things for sure.. every prediction stylezy boy made was a fail haha.

Maaaan, what a match yesterday. After servere depression yesterday.. today i'm beaming with pride for Pakistan. Yes we definatly were weakkk at the start of the tournament.. but yesterday, they played so well, you just can't knock it. Batting was amazing.. immense opening partnership, and it was all thoughtful. Wasn't a fluke, they proper got themselves sorted. Was so nice to see them do so well. Was adorable when K.Akmal was buzzin over his brother playing well.

I only got to see the first 10 overs off the bowling before i had to go to work, and amir did amazing. As long as the boy keeps on the right path unlike asif, he's gonna go far.
Feilding was better. Loads of people knocked afridi for putting too many feilders on the boundry, and allowing too many two's. Thats shit, if he didn't, they would of slogged us. Because as Hussey showed, aussies have the talent to complete hammer you if they want too. Need to download the match and watch again.

No shame what so ever. Even though, i think we deserved to win that game, Aussie's deserve the final. A team who can beat a 191 score, after losing early wickets, is a team worthy of a final.

And anyway, time we gave someone else a shot

Hope we play well in the 50/50 world cup this time round! Start praying now.
