    Default Junior Apprentice.

So today i was watching the first episode i think after coming back from work. I started watching it from half way.

From the 28,000 applicants only 10 got chosen. Those 16 year olds are very posh! I was just so taken aback. I mean they all looked like adults, the way they spoke, walked and went about their business was very professional and very immaculate.

BBC - Junior Apprentice - The Candidates

    These are the candidates:

    Adam Eliaz

    Arjun Rajyagor

    Emma Walker

    Hannah Cherry

    Hibah Ansary

    Jordan De Courcy

    Kirsty Cleaver

    Rhys Rosser

    Tim Ankers

    Zoe Plummer

Zoe looks the oldest in the group even though she's only 16! She would be the most extravagant, immaculate, posh girl out of the lot. When i saw her approaching people i did stop and think for once what is this woman doing here among the kids? To be honest, when their all dressed up they do look older than their age.

Rhys Rosser reminds me of someone, not exactly sure who. His composure, the way he speaks etc.. hmm

Jordan De Courcy sounds funny, he's got a deep gay voice. Sorry fella i know your just 16 but you made me see something that i thought id never see. I just couldnt believe how gay Jordan De Courcy sounds. The way he walks and talks is also gay... could it be true... that people are really born gay? I mean, this kid is 16 and he's very gay, you guys should watch it on bbc iplayer and tell me what you think.

And yes there are two smart desi's in there too! Hibah Ansary and Arjun Rajyagor, their very nice!

Omg was gonna do this just now, though AP is being a shitlord...

Hibah, understand she was pissed about not working as a team and Zoe taking over, gotta admit she bit of a gobby one, one who speaks and doesnt know what shes saying but fuck dont cry about it coz your not as charasmatic?!

Tim seems like one of the intellegent one, however soft spoken, the thing with these apprentice lot that go on is that they all clever, dont put words into much action then cry to Alan Sugar about it.
Thing is if you wanna be notied you actually have to do it, even if it means being a pretencious c**t.

LOL i get very passionate about these things now days *ahem*

I can already see Zoe is going to be quite of a character in the life that she chooses lead ahead of her. She's very ruthless, very intimidating i think and by the sounds of things big head.. but having said all that.. i think she will be very successful.

But do you need to sound like this

BBC - BBC One Programmes - Junior Apprentice, Zoe Plummer's audition

to be successful? What do you think?

I don't think you need to sound like that to be successful. Yes you do need to sound confident but not full of yourself; I'm sure that sort of talk is just for the camera?

Then again, if you sound like that at an interview for a top job, you really need to back it up with some sort of evidence; these are kids so it's all about how their character fits into what they're going to do. So its a bit of a catch-22.

Aw man, she's fierce and she knows it! I think she has a good attitude and there's nothing wrong with it considering she's 16. She's a big thinker and she will achieve cos she believes it. I think after she gets a taste of reality she'll change. I am going to nickname her Miss Thang!

Yeah you have to go all out, especially when it's thousands of people applying. You DO have to sound full of yourself, it's what makes you stand out. Also, don't forget it's TV. They need characters. Trust me LOL

These were their auditions, i liked these.

Arjun is a very clever guy, he speaks well i like him.
BBC - Junior Apprentice - Arjun Rajyagor: Biography and latest news

Emma is very nice also i think, the way her mouths moves is... is quite different.. would it make sense if i was to say her mouth moved like as if an adult was speaking.. making sure all those words come out loud and clear... (im just being strange)
BBC - Junior Apprentice - Emma Walker: Biography and latest news

Hannah looks like a mum for some reason, she's a bit laid back.. relaxed and very calm i must say.
BBC - Junior Apprentice - Hannah Cherry: Biography and latest news

Hibah is cool, nothing special in her audition strangely... i notice shes wears a lot around her wrist. She does talk very fast though, oh and did you hear about private schools? She's already thought it out for her kids!
BBC - Junior Apprentice - Hibah Ansary: Biography and latest news

Jordan is a posh boy by the sounds of it, i can see that he wouldnt like loosing. But lo and behold today he was fired. Still sounds gay to me he does.
BBC - Junior Apprentice - Jordan De Courcy: Biography and latest news

I like him, it's as if there is a man in a childs body, especially the way her was standing with his legs very far apart.
BBC - Junior Apprentice - Rhys Rosser: Biography and latest news

Other than that im sure you all know that Sir Alan Sugar is now a Lord. One of his favorite lines are "I have the ear of the Prime Minister". Well i wouldnt be suprised if he has more than just an ear of the PM this year.. for Alan Sugar i think its a great time for him.. his party is finally in power. Pumping money to be shipped back home in terms of 'politics', im talking about Israel here. (Thats another story i wont side track).

Also Alan Sugar's right hand woman has been replaced by a far more frivolous, content woman. Her name is Karren Brady's, she use to be one of the final interviewers for Alan coming upto the finals for the apprentice. I wonder who it will be this year.

Having said all that, i think the adult version of the Apprentice should be expected in a couple of months.

Im just furious to see Hibah get fired so unfairly! Ive never seen anybody get fired so unfairly, not even in the adult version of the apprentice.

Somebody watch week two of the Junior apprentice and tell me whether or not she was unfairly fired. We all know Alan Sugar dosent like academic people... he's always said it. However Hibah bigged herself up in the boardroom with it which i think Allan Sugar didnt like and fired her solely because of that.

Seriously, it was clear as black and white who shouldve got fired in that round. It was just shocking to see Hibah get fired. It should have been Adam, but he's the one who got away. Hibah was much better than him, very articulate and intelligent. It's just shocks all around to see Hibah get fired.

Dont worry Hibah Ansary! We know you shouldn't of got fired, its clear Alan Sugar dosent like people who have more qualifications than him.

God i still cant get over the so badly unruly firing by Alan Sugar ive ever seen!
