Thanks guys... all these ideas of inflicting pain sound good...

I'm going to do whatever I can to not let her get away with this. But even if she does end up with the money, the fact that she'd rather lie and lose a friendship for a few thousand... I doubt she'll enjoy it. I am a firm believer in what goes around will always come back around.

Now I'm proper mad, got a bloody court letter today saying I gotta go court in November 'coz no solicitors have been acting on my behalf. So I'm wondering what the hell my insurance company has been doing.

It's unnecessary stress. I have to chase 'em up constantly to make sure they're doing their jobs when I've paid so they do their damn job! Plus her solicitors have gone sly and trying to get the money off me directly... argh!
