Control them, and try not to sleep with full stomachs..... Those is the most basic - if youre eating a lot of salt slow that shit down too..
Try it for a few days or a week, and if it persists, see a doc.....

I think I know what you're talking about cos it happens to me sometimes and I've not seen a doc about it yet. Like sometimes I'm lying down and my heart misses maybe 2 or 3 beats :O and other times it just starts beating real fast for a min or two and I struggle to take a breath.
I asked a friend about it. Most of the time it's nothing serious and can be a result of eating too fast, insomnia, excitement.. Can't remember the rest. They're called palpitations or "palps" so be sure to check this out!
And go to your doctor, better to be on the safe side!

Yea palpitations, my friend says she gets them too sometimes, I think it's when you're over-worked.
Palpitations > Anxiety

Could be underlying cvd or like the others said, anxiety. I doubt its serious heart problems but with something like thats, its still worth getting checked out
