because there's like 1.8 ppl who watch football with a passion and about 20 who only watch the big games and I cba chattin shit to diarrhoea
Guna be close, I really want England to win! it could possibly be 2-1 to England or Penalties, oh damn, that would cause my sweat glands to double up the work rate caused by the heat wave

Loved Shearers post match GunRage - "why he chose to bring on Heskey is beyond me the guy has never scored a goal in his life". LMAO it went something like that I thought England were better in attack but defensively absoultely dire.. had such hopes for England this time

I don't think England would have played any better against Ghana. Hats off to the German's only criticism to them, is they should have won by more goals.
Some men aren't looking for anything logical. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.
England would probably have lost to Ghana as well. Gerrard has been Englands best player and he's been poor apart from the 1st game and some of the 3rd game. Scored a goal and assisted a goal.
Englands midfield were just not mobile enough, and centre backs weren't reactive enough on the turns. Very surprised at how poor the defence was but credit to the Germans they played us off the park for most periods of the game.
Even though we didn't deserve it that goal which should've stood might've made things a bit different because the German defence were a bit shaky after the goal.
You can't win a WC playing standard 4-4-2, you get run ragged in midfield, you need a 4-5-1 or 4-3-3 with a lot of movement. You never see Spain, Netherlands, Brazil, Argentina etc. play with 4-4-2, it doesn't work at international level, why do you think the English teams have to change to 4-5-1 when playing in the champions league.
Some poor decisions by Capello, now I don't think we'll ever see Lampard and Gerrard in the same midfield again, one of the reasons we haven't done well. You try and accommodate two 20+ goal midfielders and you end up with them hardly scoring. Lost chance with a squad that was good enough but didn't live up to the expectations. Poor tactics, poor application and diva like players = FAIL. NOW FK OFF!

Greedy, Overpaid and overhyped goes to show far english football is behind every other nation and the sad thing is that in the next few years england wont be sporting a side with as much theoretical class as this was.
The players should be sent to back of the fkin dole que like the rest of this country.
on a positive note, pakistan owned the MCC team and has set the tone for a succesful summer of cricket in england inshallah
