    Default Training during Ramadan

    HAPPY RAMADAN ALL!

I'm going to keep all 30 fasts inshallah! Read as much as I can too

My training has taken a back seat too, but I have been working towards this for the past month or two, so my Body didn't crash all of a suddern.

I am trying to maintain rather than gain anything, which is going to plan alhamdulillah.

If anybody needs advice on how to train ramadan give me a shout

May you all have a good Ramadan!

    Ramadan Mubarak to you too!

It can be done, the Generals that used to fight wars during the Islamic Caliphate days also used to fast as well. They didnt have no excuse not to fast eh?!

    Hope it goes well.

deffo looking good Mr Big from your avatar.

atm all I'm doing is a 2 day split. I change it now and then. I'm loving it because I have alot more time to do other things. My body hasn't changed much except for losing abit of definition but that's because of minimum cardio.

Best thing to do is try to make up for the calorie loss. So eating properly is imperitive after iftari.

This is is what I'm doing atm:

    Mon:

    squat
    bench press
    rows
    curls

    thurs:

    power cleans or deads
    milatary press
    close grip bench
    chins

    Thank you Shorty.

Big Man that will be due to several factors, calaory deficit/ water weight.

Try the routine. Main thing is to try to maintain size/ strength. Good luck

Have to admit it has been a little more diificult to train during this ramadaan, but my training is a little different from what ive seen of yours. Been doing mixed martial arts for the last 5 years, so this year i decided to do little more of kettle bell training than any other. Its a good overall strength builder and keeps you in shape. just before ramadaan i started aikido...... got my first belt! not that it means anything.

im finding it difficult to eat so much now after iftari, seems my stomach has shrunk and get full pretty quick. any tips to try maintain?
And in the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years

I'm just over 11 stone now; gonna have to keep it steady, when I start jogging properly after ramadan. :/
