I don't need a supremacist, segregative identity like you do. The difference between me and most Muslims is I dont claim certainty for what I can't prove. Many Muslims have that smugness(as do atheists)of claiming certitude. What makes your religion the beacon of truth & morality ?

Hmm, I think it was Malcolm X who once said, "A man who stands for nothing, will fall for anything".

As it is also blatantly shown by your comments. Not only do I find your posts offensive,

Are you beliefs so fragile, that you get so easily offended and so defensive ?

No one has got 'easily' offended. There is a line and you don't cross it. That applies to any subject whether it be religion or not.

posting your sly dig's at Islam

You've taken a selected few posts of mine to back your argument. However anyone who looks at all my posts would notice i'm vehemently anti-religionist and find all Religions equally preposterous, yet you pull out the 'Islam Card' to get the rest of the forum on your side using the sentiment of religious affiliation.

what exactly is the cause of your detest towards the religion you so bitterly hate and what goals do you have for other Muslim users of this forum.

I have no problem with people having their own Religious Beliefs. as the saying goes 'religion is like a shoe, find one that fits you if you want, just dont make other people wear it'. However the reality is far different and it becomes an issue for everyone when people like yourself endlessly evangelise and proseltyse.

But you do have a problem with it and your multiple posts about Islam illustrate that.

People who don't have a religion and do not agree with Islam's teachings, such as Bav (DJ B4VVY) do not make a spectacle in ripping another religion.

lol is this coming from the same person that patronised me for not being a Muslim ? Let's get one thing straight, nobody bashes other Religons more then some Muslims do. Mr Zakir Naik continuosulsy bashes others Religions to the sound of rapturous audience applause & laughter. Mr Sudays has on record bashed Christians as Cross Worshippers as well as proliferating Anti-Semitic views. That's 2 of the most famous Muslim figureheads in the world, yet you and many other hypocritical Muslims conveniently forget that fact when they pull out the 'Islamaphobia' card.

What I find humorous is most people are born into their religion by chance and parentage yet they act like it's a talent they have been given or a personal accomplishment. It's not like you sent a memo to your mums brain saying ' hey mum hey mum start reading the quran & make sure you land at Jeddah Airport before you give birth to me !. If you was born a Christian you'd dismiss Islam and all other Religions as Bullshit. It's all random chance, if you were born in China you'd most probably be born a Buddhist, India - Hindu, Saudi - Sunni Muslim, Iran - Shiite Muslim Italy - Catholic Christian, US- Protestant Christian and so on.

Nearly everybody who affiliates themselves with an Organised Religion, does it because of Child indoctrination. Even those who convert to another religion it's because they have been given a filtered version a religion, Muslims who Proselytise like yourself only propagate and regurgitate it's good points, it's not presented in an impartial manner. If you present selected parts of a theory/ideology you can make any person or group look good. I could say to anyone that Dr. Shipman was a great man because he was a Doctor and healed people, yet unless you do research on him you won't know he was a serial killer.

But Islam has many good points Tariq and why shouldn't they be shared when someone raises the topic. I personally find it odd that non muslims focus on these "perceived" negative attributes.

By and large reverts to Islam study the deen meticulously before making such a life changing decision so to suggest they receive a "filtered version" of it is flawed.

To sum it up do you need religion to be righteous, humble, forgiving, and truthful? These are values that have no relation to religion, other than religion has adopted them as the correct way of thinking and acting to lure people in.

Our morals come from God. If you believe they are man made then surely you also believe that morality degenerates into whatever is approved by your society.

Here's another question for you. Muslims claim to be morally superior to others, yet if you look at the Home office figures of the Prison Population of Britain it shows that 11% of prisoners classify themselves as 'Muslims'. Yet only 4% of Uk's Population is Muslim, that's a disproportion of 2.75 to 1 of Muslims involved in Criminal Activity. Answer that one
And this proves what exactly? If anything, you appear to be the one claiming to be morally superior Tariq.

My comments are in purple. I've kept it short and sweet for obvious reasons...
There's no jealousy in the grave...

Is taweez like a necklace with religous words on it, and its used to prtect and ward off nazar?

Like i think indians have stuff like that, i have a black tugah (thread, just any old black thread frm mums sewing box, made into twist bracelet thing) tied around my wrist and its meant to ward of nazar.

Or sometimes like when we go to a party, we draw black dot (with a kohl, or any eyeliner) behind our ears to ward of nazar.
we do it at parties and big occasions because thats when people see you most when your all dressed up nice and probs be all evil and shit... so we do the dots on the kids and my mum does it on me and my bro lol (yes im that hot thanx)
"I am no angel... I like it when you do that stuff to me"

Yeah it is for the same reasons... I've seen them do that in dramas! lol

I guess it's all superstition and there's all these superstitious things that my mum goes on about like not wearing all black or not sweeping the floor at night I've never believed any of that but I always thought Taweez had a meaning because of the religious essence. I've never actually used one but people have recommended it.

If it's so wrong, surely isn't that just a way of disrespecting Islam?

Hmm, I think it was Malcolm X who once said, "A man who stands for nothing, will fall for anything".

Malcolm X was also a Racial Supremacist. However this thread is not about Malcolm x, so I wont discuss him further.

When I was younger I admit was very self absorbed and hedonistic. However now I stand for many good causes such as PSC and Stop the War plus I also did quite abit of fundraising for the floods in Pakistan. Believe it or not there are many other good causes with no affiliation to Organised Religion.

No one has got 'easily' offended. There is a line and you don't cross it. That applies to any subject whether it be religion or not.

I guess we differ here. IMHO no one person or group should be infallible. Truth does not fear inquisition. If anything is the truth it should be able to answer all plausible questions.
As for humour since when did it fall upon one individual as to decide what others are allowed to find funny ?

Do you do have a problem with it and your multiple posts about Islam illustrate that

If Religion helps you in any way, then that’s fine with me. I have no problem with whatever anyone chooses to believe and practise, but like i said it becomes a problem for me any many other people when people of many religions, not just Muslims try and force their individual perceptions on me. It’s strange that people who believe in Religion thinks it makes them a better person, but then they're also quick to judge those who don't stand in line. But hang on, wasn't judgement a right reserved for god/allah ?

Now for me, If you coming to me claiming something as 'truth' the burden of proof is upon you, the claimant. If i said to you there is an orange Planet between Earth & Mars it would be upon me to 'prove' it, not on you to 'disapprove' it right ? People who believe in Religion don’t need proof of it's existence, and they certainly don’t want evidence to the contrary, simply resorting to attack the inquister personally.

But Islam has many good points Tariq and why shouldn't they be shared when someone raises the topic. I personally find it odd that non muslims focus on these "perceived" negative attributes.

There is already an overload of people working in Islamic PR. There's no room left for me, however if you find an opening forward me the vacancy. I would very much like to be revered by the masses.

Our morals come from God. If you believe they are man made then surely you also believe that morality degenerates into whatever is approved by your society.

Yes they may have come from a god/deity. However concepts such as morality, ethics & conciousness were around way before Organised Religion. How about being a good human being just becos it's the right thing to do ?

And this proves what exactly? If anything, you appear to be the one claiming to be morally superior Tariq.

If I wanted to point out I was morally superior I could have referenced how I have no Criminal Record and have a completely clean Enhanced CRB(no as a Paki I didn't bribe anyone)

What have I proved, well for nearly all people, those who commit crimes are moral degenerates right ? This is clear inconclusive evidence that there is a connection between those alligned to Organised Religion significantly involved in more criminal activity. The only argument you could put up against this, is that it's possibly down more to cultural background rather then Religion.
