I was going to make on topic on this... some mind reading people on here!

Anyhoooos, yes i was going to say that my skin (face btw) has improved alot... firstly i have been suffering alot of dehydration so i have cut out the coke and drinking more water. mositurising as much as a can other than twice a day, if im not wearing making that day i will try to moisturise at least 4 times a day without fail with a cream containing vitamin e.

I have suffered scars on my face too so i have been using a different range of products over the years to get rid of it... however it has only started to improve. I regularly exfoliate my face followed by moisturing... i have been trying skin brightening creams containing Niacinamide which is to improve help increase ceramide, an SPF for protection and any sort of oil in the product like macadamia nut or shea butter.

Acne by NOT popping spots, or vigorously scrubbing my face, but by moisturising as usual and drinking plenty of water.

My skin is quite sensitized also, as i have hayfever and wear shit loads of makeup si i use a primer on my skin to preotect my skin from my makeup... which contains more natural ingredients like vanilla extracts and green tea extracts which calms my skin from redness which i dont suffer so much of (WOOOHOO!) and feels nice to put on the skin in general even if you dont wear makeup...

Also giving up makeup for a while helps even if you do look butters... my eyelashes have grown SOO LONG and i didnt wear mascara for a week (this was along with my goodskin routin aswell) so it makes all the difference!!
and yes... bio oil and olive oil are a godsend, use on ur face and body when you skin feels dehyrdated, makes all the difference aswell.
