    Aww, your just like this girl at work. No matter what she eats, shes still a size 6 :S
    Lucky her, shes not bothered though because she eats well (very welll actually always stuffing her face lol)

    Iv never asked her why shes so skinny even when she eats loads, but probably down to high metabolism.

    I wouldnt worry too much about it tho. As long as you know you're eating enough and healthy things, then you should be ok

    my belief is everybody can gain weight as long as their healthy. It's just finding the right balance in eating and activity levels. Time is also very crucial and many other factors need to be considered. If you have any specific questions. Please do ask!

    This is bad guys... I know I used to eat a lot but I've been keeping an eye on my eating habits over the last few days and I really don't eat much and I don't feel hungry.

    I don't have a proper breakfast or lunch but just snack on biscuits, crisps and nuts during the day until dinner. When I can't eat much anyway. Like I said in a previous post my tummy can only take small portions and I'm stuffed.

    I've also noticed that when I do eat my stomach tends to rumble loads and won't shut up lol I've always had that actually just never took notice of it.

    Thing is I do really want to gain weight, I don't want to be this tiny little thing

    Anyway does stress have a major impact on weight loss/gain?

    I don't mind getting fatter actually as long as I am a healthy weight!

    I went to the docs and they wna test my calcium or something? Anyway they've prescribed me some 'mebeverine hydrochloride with ispaghula' sachets to calm my stomach down. Is that what you had to take Pretzel?

    If you eat healthy, your body will automatically set it's right weight for itself.

    That sounds sorta familiar... i did take some sorta flavoured sachets at the time when i went docs and didnt realise i had ibs...

    Now if i feel bloated and sick i take ibs tablets which you can just from a chemist without prescription.

    I dunno about calcium testing... but take all the tests neccessary to find out!

    I do understand what you mean about only fitting so much food in your belly before you get full... i can only take small portions, or eat a big meal but only have one meal a day, though i weigh more than you lol. is your mum/dad anyone else in the family as small as you?

    I hate blood tests but gota be done.

    I'm the smallest in my family, even my little sister who is about 7 years younger than me has over grown me!

    I was told by the doc to go on eatwell.gov.uk

    Hmm okay, well if there is no serious health problem occuring... like i said it could just be you generally born like that... maybe eat more meat?!

    ohh my lil anon i have the same issues i have been trying for years to put on wieght but have not got anywhere, i eat all the fatty food and hig calories, u name it and ive eaten it loolz, i eat all day at work i just sit there and be eating lolz and everyone else is like where the hell does it all go lol

    marni's advice is the best have a baby u will automatically put on weight then hehe

    my eating habits is fucked. only eat when im feeling hungry like when im shaking hungry thats when i know i can finish my plate. or have a second helping.

    eat fried food quite often, have a meal like every break from work, but it probably gets burned off from working again.

    usually feel quite hungry but not wanting a proper meal, just something small, what do you guys have if you have those moments?

    Yh I know about your eating habits at work eat all day then when comes to lunch time you don't eat. But you fatty keep eating.

    What do you mean have a baby? You're meant to be daddi, meant to guide me to do the right things not get pregnant! Let me get married first lol

    Woa that's bad, why do you let it get to that stage? Do you be lazy about getting/making food?

    What do you work as if you don't mind me asking?

    You're just like me don't have an appetite for proper meals so I don't eat anything. Even if I try to be healthy it just won't go down so I just leave it. Have a pack of crisps or a biscuit. But I will eat a proper meal here and there. (not much though)
