    Anyone tried/doing this?

    I've been 3 times now since last week and i'm loving it...its like one big party

    Even men are doing this too!

    I was gonna write, what the hell is a Zumba. but googled it instead.

    Never tried it. I used to do dance (a long long time ago lol) so would interest me.
    Swearing is an illiterate way to talk/argue


    Please refrain from ebullying/putting other members down

    I've been going zumba on and off for months. My work schedule is hectic so can't always make it. I love it. I used to do dance and salsa but zumba makes me sweat and is a good workout.

    Ive heard about zumba, my gym does classes every sunday and ive heard its good. thinking about giving it a go soon as i find a partner to go with!

    Looks like fun, I would be more motivated if I went with someone though. I don't like going by myself, even with the Body Combat I go to every week, if the rest of my cousins bail out, I don't go either!
