Guys, how many of your expect a Valentine's day gift from your significant other?

I expect nothing. Since primary I got nothing from girls nor am I interested in gifting anything to them lol. Why some people think this day is above all normal days of showing love to your significant other is retarded. Love that someone special everytime you get the chance and cherish those moments. Valentine's Day, just another day for me.

I think being married doesn't apply does it. You see your other half anyway. No getting away from that. lol

It's just another day for the big companies to make even more profit than they are already raking in. As Plis said, the "love" should be shown everyday not more so on this day than any other.

I bought my hubby a new remote control for his helicopter, kind of a split birthday/valentines present. We're not going out on Valentine's Day, it's a bit stupid to pay silly prices for just a normal day, we're going for a meal on Friday instead!
