I AM SERIOUSLY LOVING THESE MULTICULTURAL FORUMSS!! i never knew peeps from India called it "fulkeh" i always thought the word "Roti" was used, no? I thought the word "Roti" was sort of a common word amongst us asians...? In bengali we can also say "Roti" but i think it means more of a biscuit..., but we also have a bengali name for biscuit.. the english word biscuit has been slightly changed to be pronounced as, "Biskut" lol my nan even knows that word!

I can't shana paratha, i don't think they come close to real freshly made paratha.

We tend to have roti and rice every evening...all part of a healthy balanced indian meal
