1 Can of Heinz Baked Beans (None of that No Frills/Value shit)
1 Large Onion
Small knob of butter and olive oil
Any spices in powder form u can find in ur mum's cupboard
Dash of lemon juice / Worcestershire Sauce
Method
1. Finely dice the onion into cubes
2. Next add the butter and the Olive oil into a heavy based pan, preferably one thats had some form of thurkafying done in it before. (those adept at cooking will know that adding olive oil to the butter prevents it from burning)
3. Sweat the onions off until soft. Next add selection of spices: Garam Masala, Chilli Powder, Geera, Turmeric.
4. Cook all the spices off and when they are well combined add the tin of beans, stirring well.
5. While the beans are being heated prepare the accompanying toast. If trying to impress a romantic interest, why not add a slice of cheese for that added wow factor.
6. Just before serving the beans add the dash of lemon juice / Worcestershire. Serve on a warm plate preferably with a cup of tea.
Bon Appetit
