Thurkheh Waaleh Beans ( If u aint had these u aint lived )

1 Can of Heinz Baked Beans (None of that No Frills/Value shit)

    1 Large Onion

Small knob of butter and olive oil

Any spices in powder form u can find in ur mum's cupboard

Dash of lemon juice / Worcestershire Sauce

    Method

    1. Finely dice the onion into cubes

    2. Next add the butter and the Olive oil into a heavy based pan, preferably one thats had some form of thurkafying done in it before. (those adept at cooking will know that adding olive oil to the butter prevents it from burning)

    3. Sweat the onions off until soft. Next add selection of spices: Garam Masala, Chilli Powder, Geera, Turmeric.

    4. Cook all the spices off and when they are well combined add the tin of beans, stirring well.

    5. While the beans are being heated prepare the accompanying toast. If trying to impress a romantic interest, why not add a slice of cheese for that added wow factor.

    6. Just before serving the beans add the dash of lemon juice / Worcestershire. Serve on a warm plate preferably with a cup of tea.

    Bon Appetit

    Rice Krispies

    1. Purchase some "Rice Krispies" they are widely available and can also be found in variety packs for the kiddies.

    2. Find the right size bowl in line with your hunger and fill it up with the cereal. USE CAUTION! CEREAL MAY SPILL OVER WITHOUT YOU NOTICING, YOU THEN MIGHT STEP ON IT, CAUSING YOU TO DRAMATICALLY FALL AND BUNK THE DAY OFF WORK/SCHOOL.

    3. Add milk

WARNING: If you've run out of milk, try and borrow some off the fit bird that lives next door. Turn up in your PJ's/dressing gown with your manly chest slightly visible tempting her. If ya get lucky she might cook something for you after you give her some lovin. FAT BLOKES DONT TRY THIS AT HOME. If this cunning plan fails just use water or orange juice.

    4. Sprinkle of sugar if thats how ya like it. Make sure you dont get it mixed up with the salt as i did once, cuz it really doesn't go with the orange juice.

    TUNA AND SWEETCORN PASTA BAKE

    Ingredients:

    2X handfuls Fusilli pasta
    1 tin of tuna fish
    1/2 can of sweetcorn
    1 tbsp mayonnaise
    some grated cheddar cheese
    2 tsp of margarine

    Method:

In a cooking pot cook the Fusilli pasta for approximately 10-12minutes. Whilst the pasta is cooking in a mixing bowl add in the tuna fish and sweetcorn with the mayonnaise and mix together so that the tuna fish and sweetcorn is mixed together with the mayonnaise.

In a casserole or glass dish cover the inside with margarine and add in the cooked pasta without the water. Top the pasta up with the tuna fish and sweetcorn mixture and mix together so that the pasta is covered.

Sprinkle on the cheddar cheese on top of the covered pasta and place the lid onto the casserole or glass dish and place in the microwave for 10minutes full power and allow to cook. When the tuna and sweetcorn pasta bake has cooked for 10minutes allow to cool for 5minutes then serve.

Serving suggestion: Salad with slices of toasted garlic bread
