Universities

Right, I’ve started looking into Universities I am considering leaving my chillfied life, for the skint student life.

Basically, Im interested in Psychology, Neuroscience, and forensic science. Not sure what unis are the best for these courses; But so far I have looked at Keele University, University of Leicester, University of Manchester, And University of Liverpool.

Now I have a few friends here and there at Manchester and Leicester, and Liverpool, but I've never been to Keele, It doesn’t even have a train station BUT I do like the sound of Keele, I know a few people on here are at Keele. Er The Student Accommodation sounds really shit. Could some one fill me in on what its actually like, and what rent prices outside student accommodation are, and even property prices around Keele.

I know alot of people who live in shitty accom, so I'd rather pay alot and have quality of living than be in a room with one sink.

So money isnt really a biggie.

Yeh plus you don't want to share showers and stuff, as if sharing kitchen wasn't bad enough.

Um, not sure about funding and hostels outside of london....just about the ones in london....do you think you would end up down the capital or not?

Renting in general and living away is very expensive and if your lazy then you have had it

I know, I really would hate to share showers, some people are total scrubbers... in the nicest way possible... Im going to have my own kitchen in my room, egrhr, I'd kill soemone if they ate my food. Benchodes.

It's gay, I dont really know what I'm doing. Zero, I WAS planning on studying in central, but I'd be tooo home sick. Plus I havent really had alot of good experiences in London so t'is bit scary.

I am lazy, Mmm.. I wont really be paying for it anyway Liney.

Ask Harpz if he will show me around if I come down in the summer after my holiday. And come to stroke on trent, cause like, I have no sense of direction, and I might catch the wrong bus.

Do they live in student accom there?

From what I've heard Manchester is good, but Liverpool you don't want to go unless you want to get mugged.

I suppose the hustle and bustle of London can be daunting, but if you decide on one slightly on the outskirts it isn't so bad.

Karam, do you know what their accoms like?

Miz it is horrible, I guess if you live there you dont notice it, but for me, it's just not friendly enough, and cause its the capital, you always hear the worse stories, which are blown out of proportain from there and I'm a chickenshit.
