man i did triple science in GCSE hated every fukking lesson for 2 yrs

TBH GCSE's dont mean sh1t, as long as ur gcse grades are good enough to get into 6th form/college and do A levels, you'll be ok

once you have a uni degree jobs wont really care about ur GCSE grades

i think your talking about teh normal science GCSE.. not sure if the have named it something else now.. but wasnt it always a double award?

when i did my science i got d,d but did retkaes in biology, chemistry and passed tehm and then done my a-level in a BTEC National Diploma in sports and exercise science..

when you go to find a job after uni you wont even think about your GCSE grades at all.. they will look at your experience in the field your applying for and what your uni qualifications are... experience helps a lot too...

what you wana do after a-levels in uni.. or are you thinking not to go uni, but go straight into work?

OMG De Ja Vu, No! it's INCEPTION!!!

Simple rule.. TS asks you.. You don't ask TS..

    what???

Since taking GCSE's the only people that cared about the grades was when I was entering sixth form. When applying for Uni they didnt even ask about GCSE grades, only A levels, and when applying for a job last yr they didnt even care about gcse's either

^ My year did the new system.

    Still get two g.c.s.e's.

One you do in year 10, one in year 11. One in year 10 is 6 multiple choice exams throughout the year, and practical exams.

Then the one in year 11 is three written exams with practical exams.

Then you can opt to do seperate science. Which is when you do like a billion more exams but get 4 science g.c.s.e's

    =\.

In most job specs, you will find they want so many GCSE grades C or above. Why do you think you write it on your C.V.? Why do you think school is compulsory until that level?

Uni don't ask for it because they have entry requirements obviously, otherwise they will let just anyone do a degree like people who don't have A-Levels :s
