hows that Jack3d working for ya incred?
how u doing bro?
yes that jack3d is an okay supplement. i rate it 6.5/10 depending on what you want to use it for. it's got plenty of stimulents including caffeine in it so the focus and energy levels in the gym are pretty much decent.
only downside is that you need to have it on an empty stomach, then having to wait 40 odd mins before training to see thf ull benefits of the product. i was pleased with the focus etc it gave me. But too much stimilunts etc for my liking!
if you decide to take it, dont ever take it in the evening or nights. You will be waking up throughout the night.
IMO best used in the mornings when you havent eaten much. It will also means you can sleep better.
Also i didnt feel a thing with 1 scoop. you need atleast 2-3 scoops.
