These questions may be simple - but I just have no idea!
1) Rita who lives in Ealing is considering to visit her sister who lives 100miles away in Bristol. Rita has a 6 year old Fiat Panda car. In considering how much it will cost to visit her sister she takes into account only the cost of petrol for the journey. What does she need to calculate? a) Average cost b) short run marginal cost c) long run marginal cost Explain your answer
