University Anyone?

Oky. So my 1st Year @ Col, Kumin to a end. today was a "careers day"
which i thought would help me a lot, but it turns out. it just confused me an many more people.

I decided that i would like to do crimonology and community justice.
4 tht i need bwt 260 ucas points.
i thought oky. i can do tht..
but then i ordered "Prospectus" books. from diff unis. i thnk thats wht they r called.

But Sheff Uni does this course. but the person what was representin tht uni, was lyk its very hard to get in...

I would lyk to go uni..

buttt after 2day it put me off it.
im just wonderin..
izit reali hard 2 get in?
Coz i would reali liyk to go.. buttt it was like they was puttin us off an not wntin uz to go ..

It entirely depends on the uni ur applying for hunie. Each uni has diff requirements. ..The better the uni the higher the grades..

Alysha.... you don;t let no1 else put you of uni... you want to go.. and you want to go into shef uni. ... so work for it... yes it may be hard... but there are prbly unis out there that are prbly harder... work for it.. and you'll get it... don't get put off by it hun

I'm sure there will be other uni's that are easier to get into but they will be dosser uni's so maybe it's not a wise choice!

Only messing...Two things I gotta say:

1] You gotta be realistic. Can you actually achieve 260 points? It means you gotta sacrifice some socialising/lazy hours and put the pedal to the medal. You don't want to make plans and then at the end flop cos it was a pie in the sky?

2] If you think you can do it, then go for it. Its surprising what us lot can acheive if we put our minds to it. No-one's born dumb, they become dumb over time! Im certain YOU aint dumb lol. 260 points aint that much anyway.

criminalogy is done in sheffield hallam not sheffield uni, n hallam is easy to get in to n the course aint that hard either so u go for it n dont be put off by any1
