to put in brief, i am now depressed,
my role at work is to sell insurance,
i am quite good at my job, nobody else on my shifts in the dept are on the same selling level as i am.
to get a £1,300 bonus you have to achieve so many sales. i was the only one close to this, and i missed out on the bonus ... by ONE SALE.

Standing up n fighting can be harder than you think at times cos things that are holding you down can be a lot more powerful in your eye, all you have to do is give yourself time to build up that strength so you can overcome them and not let them overcome you.

I react by writing, drawing, exercising, listening 2 music, crying, dancing...not all at once mind...

I don't listen to music when I'm depressed, I force myself into praying... even when I just feel like dead meat. Music never helped me out of it... unless it's a minor obstacle. If it's something that shattered me terribly, then I pray to help me mend the pieces.

I don't really get depressed to be honest I'm always hyper and happy but I've learn not to take much seriously and thats the best policy since when you don't really care nothing can effect you in a negative way.

Let other motherfuckers fuck their health up all they want but you keep a smile on your face knowing your doing the logically correct thing.
