Ok... sticking to the subject, I'd have to say Shah Rukh is a better actor. Reason being, the whole of bollywood loves him and he has more hit films to his name. Ok... he does have the slight advantage over Hrithik as he's been in the film industry nearly 14yrs.

No disrespect to Hrithink, I think he's a good actor and am looking forward to DHOOM 2.. should be good. That and DON releasing on the same day... lets see who gets the plaudits.

they both crap....in bollywood its all abt da 70's/80's amitabh bhachan and recent time its mr sunjay dutt n salman khan! but in da history ever, its all abt al pacino and russel crowe, bollywood could only dream of actors like them

Hrithik still needs a lot to work on..but he is still an extremely good actor - who can forget his role in "Koi..Mil Gaya"

SRK however, is the most versatile actor in Bollywood after Amitabh Bachchan. He can play the romantic fool (Kal Ho Na Ho), the comic (Duplicate) and the villain (Anjaam, Darr) to perfection.

(I've only mentioned the films that came to mind straight away, obiously there may be some others which he was better in.)

Disagree completely. I dont even think Amitabh is the most versatile actor though he is my favourite. I think the most versatile is Boman Irani or Anupam Kher. In a leading role you might be right.

And by a versatile actor I mean comeone who can be a villain, a hero, a dad, a brother, a comedian and even a lover. Someone who can make you hatet heir character and even love their character that they'll reduce you to tears. VERSATILE. Boman Irani is not that in my opinion. Anupam Kher is wicked though.
