Yea its a crime here as well but the police arent bothered here while in america its a more aware crime.

Actually in the appropriate places its a good thing it is a crime.

You go to places like New York you got hundreds of cars crossing roads at fast speeds and life must go on.

Do you want a city to stop because of stupid pedestrians?

Its obvious when somebody is crossing the road like an idiot and it can even result in death, I'll take the fine thanks I don't fancy death, not tonight anyway.
