if the bg is locked you'll have to create a new layer and then add the image

Right click and add a new layer and then add the image you want to that layer.

Lol.

You right click on the mouse within the background and scoll down and select add layer.

After that on the right hand side of the screen on the middle window (you should have about 3 displaying) you will see the new layer that you have just created. Select that layer and right click on it and click add image.

ok, click on layers and then create new. then u can add whteva else to that layer and the same goes for any other ayer u want

Like what? Make sure only the layer you want to add stuff to is visible

but make sure the layer u want it on is selected in the layers box. if u cant see it, goto windows > layers
