I would never say that he is an old school LEGEND his old movies are amazing his acting is top class nowadays the problem is his name is still big and he still wants main leads. The bollywood industry does not cater for old actors to play main roles where as the Hollywood industry actors like Samual L Jackson and a few other actors still can do it

Ridz you've insulted me again saying Amitabh should retire! Bollywood with no Amitabh? Thats unthinkable.

and liney your right main leads are hard to get but he doesnt seem to having a problem. Lets see, his forthcoming films:

Bhootnath - Main lead in that playing dead grandfather
Cheeni Kum - Main lead again playing older man going for younger woman
God Tussi Great Ho - Main lead again with him being god
Shootout at Lokhandwala - Not main lead but one of the main characters, plays police officer
Sarkar 2 - Main role of a underworld Don
Sholay - Main character as Gabbar
The Last Lear - Main character again
Shantaram - One of the main characters, will be acting with Johnny Depp

So as i was saying he doesnt seem to be having a problem despite his age.
