If you change the graphics card, then depending on what type of graphics card you upgrade to (eithe PCI or PCI-e) then you might need to change your whole system.

For example if your system has a PCI graphics card at the moment then you can ONLY upgrade using another PCI graphics card and the same priciple goes for PCI-e.

Bare in mind that all the high end graphics cards these days use the PCI-e standard as it's faster than PCI.

cod4 takes nvidia geoforce 6600 or above, can you install two graphic cards in pci slot eg two geoforge fx5200 to get it to that performance?
