    Anyone here ever tried Yoga? Or Pilates? Or both? And if both, which one do you prefer and why?

    I've tried a bit of pilates, it's too relaxing for me tho, I prefer realy active stuff like aerobics. yoga was too hard lol, your body has to be uber flexible for that kinda stuff.. can u do them poses where they get their leg and raise it right up alongside their face?

    aint done dem but i do meditate to jus chill n relax, feels wikked lol
    yoga aint my kinda fing, its toooo slow (aint tied it)...well i am flexible jus not as much as the crazy ones (experts) lol, aint tried pilates so wudn't know

    with out lookin too dumb whats the difference between yoga n pilates...i dnt no much bout this yoga shoga stuff...wudnt mind tryin it tho!

    i've done tai chi b4 its reli relaxin but so blumin slow n u need to to it for like 10 eyrs to understand it properly wish i started wen i was 6
