£4k fine for greengrocers infested with mice

A greengrocers has been fined £4,000 after inspectors found food gnawed by mice on sale in his shop.

Mouse droppings were also found in the butchery area of Bhatti Grocers in Levenshulme while packets of pasta were soaked in mouse urine.
