Now that food itself isn't cheap, I've cut down on foods immensely. Wake up, quite often miss a bowl of cereal, or toast and get something cheap from shops to cut down on hunger. Might try fasting again see how that will work out for me.

I'm trying to lose weight so all I eat these days is either Porridge or 1 Croissant for breakfast, Cup-A-Soup with 1 slice of Bread and Croutons for lunch and for dinner I have an Omelette with Spaghetti Hoops!
It's different on weekends though when hubby comes home I try and make him something he likes because he eats out everyday!
