Air India (Hindi: एअर इंडिया) is the largest internationalairline in India and the national flag carrier of India with a worldwide network of passenger and cargo services.
It is one of the two state-owned airlines in the country, the other being Indian Airlines. Its main bases are Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai and Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi with hubs at Chennai International Airport.
The airline connects 95 destinations around the world, including 12 gateways in India with Air India Express, which is a fully-owned subsidiary of Air India.
