    The movie was based on the novel, but failed to do it justice. It was poorly done in my opinion. I did read the novel first so perhaps I'm biased.

    If you like the magic element, read some more by Cecelia Ahern. 'Where Rainbows End' & 'If You Could See Me Now' in particular. 'If You Could See Me Now' has a character that reminds me of a mutual friend of ours. Well and truly. It oozes that person.
