P.S. I Love You as a book was so lovely. I like the fantasy, 'sprinkle of fairy dust' kind of imagination Cecelia Ahern has. The film was a disappointment. I hated it. Really did.. The sparkle was lost. Holly & Gerrys' bond was better in words than on screen.

Well what they had anyways... its so magical....
Yeah i keep seeing how much is actually missing in the film the side line story lines like Richard, her sis etc
thou i might give the film a rerun just to nit pick lol

The movie was based on the novel, but failed to do it justice. It was poorly done in my opinion. I did read the novel first so perhaps I'm biased.

If you like the magic element, read some more by Cecelia Ahern. 'Where Rainbows End' & 'If You Could See Me Now' in particular. 'If You Could See Me Now' has a character that reminds me of a mutual friend of ours. Well and truly. It oozes that person.
