Has anyone downloaded the ping app for the iPhone?

If any of you do have the iPhone, I recommend the ping app, it's almost like sending someone a text, I don't text my friends anymore rather I just ping.

I used to go over my texts before and now pings come along it really helps with watching your texts.

Yes I have it but it's always crashing on my 3GS so hardly use it. Are you using the paid version or the free one? It's emulating the blackberry messenger service really but they need to work on it a lot more.

Are you on a 3G iPhone or 3GS?

I have a 3gs, I must admit it does keep crashing but I still love ping I was rinsing my messages before I got ping.

I can't be assed with all the crashing. I like efficency and like things to work.

Shame, by the way you asked I have the paid version but that's only because I jailbroke my iPhone!

Its kind of useless for people who don't have unlimited internet on their price plan as the Ping application uses the internet to transmit messages as data.

But don't most people have wifi connections and 3g?

If you have a wifi connection then thats fine you can use your home broadband to use Ping. 3G still needs the unlimited internet bolt on for you to get free data.
